Facility Dog Applications
Full-Time Employees… with fur.
In response to the overwhelming need for Facility Dogs in state and federal agencies, Mutts With A Mission is now placing Facility and Courtroom Dogs across the country.
Our Facility Dogs undergo the same rigorous training program that our Service Dogs go through; however, instead of helping an individual with a disability, Facility Dogs ultimately assist multiple people to cope after a traumatic event or overly stressful environment. We have placed Facility Dogs with Police Departments and Courtroom Dogs to assist with victims testifying in court.
If your agency is interested in the benefits of a Facility Dog, please submit an application.
Applicant Criteria
Must work for a facility that provides services where a Facility or Courtroom Dog would be appropirate.
Facilitator must have a stable living environment.
Not have a conviction of a crime against animals or any type of abuse.
Application process
Submit completed application and required documents.
Pay $50 application fee.
Review Process can take up to 6 weeks, and you may be asked to provide additional information.

Not every dog is qualified to be a Service Dog, and we have very strict requirements
